History
Two centuries of experience in chemicals
The company was founded in 1818, when Francesco de Larderel established in Tuscany the first industrial plant for the production of boric acid.
The company’s success was immediate also thanks to the intuition of using the warm steam from the lagoons for the concentration of boric waters.
Deep knowledge of chemistry, ability to innovate, international vocation are from the origins in the Company ‘s DNA.
